Max Kolysh Joins YC as Visiting Partner

Max Kolysh, co-founder and former CEO of recruiting platform Dover, is joining Y Combinator as a Visiting Partner. He'll be working alongside Group Partner Pete Koomen starting with the Spring batch.

Kolysh is a two-time YC founder. He first went through the accelerator with Zinc (W14), an e-commerce API company, before co-founding Dover (S19) with George Carollo and Anvisha Pai. Dover has since grown to serve over 1,500 companies including Stripe, Scale AI, and Vanta.
